I've been sick or allergy stricken since I came back from Alaska. I'm getting really TIRED of it. So, last night I took nyquil and headed to bed. My kids stayed up and I crashed. Woke up feeling better, but still not 100%.
Last night we watched "Race to Witch mountain". It was pretty good. My youngest got a little scared and jumped in my oldest daughter's arms . It was a cute moment. We ate our typical buttered popcorn, candy, and soda. Great JUNK FOOD NIGHT. We love those nights. But, as mentioned I went straight to bed when it was over.

ALASKA....what can I say? I can hardly wait for this adventure and chapter in our lives. Wintercamp was a blast and I had the honor of leading in worship. I almost forgot what that felt like...it's been 3 years now since I've lead in worship for youth. Prior to that....I hadn't had a break for 13 years. I love it. I almost forgot how much i loved it. Thanks Alaska Youth for allowing me to sing again. It was a BLAST. I also helped lead at my new home church and SPEAK.
You know, I'm very thankful to the Lord for my current job. Every week I've been in training preparing for this new adventure in ministry. Since Mark and I have been married I've always been seen as the singer/creative arts/productions GO TO person. But the last 2 years at ICA has allowed me to develop my speaking gift. I'm grateful for that. I will miss ICA and all the staff with it.
