WHAT??? It's Christmas Eve?

Yes, it is. And I can hardly believe it. I'm not as faithful as I'd like to be with writting in my blog. Of course, one of my resolutions will be to write in more consistently. Not a whole lot happening in the Zweifel's. Other than...

- we went sledding yesterday at Mt. Charleston

- packing up as many belongings of Mark's for his trek to ALASKA

- Christmas dinner

- Christmas eve opening of presents

- yada, yada, yada

This truly is a wonderful season. Although, this will be our last Christmas in Vegas, we're so excited for what's in store for our new lives in Alaska. God is so good. There's not doubt.

Right now, my youngest is squished next me and it makes it difficult to type this blog (a little annoying). She just longs to be next to me and of course is a little cold. I wonder if the Lord expects the same from us. However, He'll never get annoyed if we're too close. He longs for us to be so close to Him.

I long to push closer to him than ever before. This is a year of change! Change is so many ways and not just location. Extreme CHANGE! Why not!!!! It's already so extreme as far as location change and climate...why not add a few more things?
I wish all a wonderful Christmas and Happy New year.
Heidi
