Seriously, who can deny this wonderful day? Now, don't get me wrong....I have TONS to do on Saturdays. Probably my busiest day of the week. But it's BUSY doing the things that matter to me most.
Taking care of my family.
For instance: Laundry (Piles of it with 3 daughters), Saturday BIG breakfast, sweeping, mopping, dusting, bathrooms, etc... You get the picture. It might sound crazy, but in doing this type of busy work, I know my family knows I care and love them.
However , there are those SATURDAYS when I say, "Heck with it" and we all get in the Nissan Quest and play HOOKIE the whole day. Today will be one of those days; at least until 4:00pm this afternoon.
What's happening at 4:00pm? I can't believe you dare even ask! I'll be with my husband Mark, my brother in law Pat (Flew from Oregon), Dianna and Jeff Cooper (great friends) plastered to a BIG SCREEN watching Oregon State Beavers CRUSH Arizona. It's gonna be a glorious day!
